Terms of Service

The agreement between you and LJAD Co., Ltd. for the HelperBee products and this site.

Version v1.2 · last updated 21 September 2026

These terms govern your use of the HelperBee products (HelperBee Browser, HelperBee Social and HelperBee Editor) and the websites that describe them. The services are operated by LJAD Co., Ltd., business registration number 184-81-01913, mail-order sales registration 2020-Seoul Geumcheon-2299, 809, 233 Gasan Digital 1-ro, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul 08501, Republic of Korea. Chief executive: Lee Jaewoo. Telephone 1668-4640. Email [email protected].

1. The agreement

By creating an account or using any HelperBee product, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

2. Accounts

You sign in with a Google account. One HelperBee account may be used across our products. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for the activity that happens under it.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy a subscription.

3. Who sells you the subscription

Paddle.com Market Ltd acts as the merchant of record and is the seller for all purchases made on this site. Your contract of sale is with Paddle.com Market Ltd, not with us, and Paddle.com Market Ltd’s Buyer Terms govern that transaction, including the calculation and collection of any tax. Paddle.com Market Ltd’s handling of your data is described in its privacy policy. Your right to use the software, and our obligations to you in respect of the software itself, are governed by these terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until cancelled. Prices are shown in USD and exclude tax; the tax for your billing country is added at checkout and the total is shown before you pay.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

5. Acceptable use

HelperBee products are tools. You decide what you do with them, and you are responsible for that. You agree not to use them to:

  • break the law that applies to you, or infringe someone else’s rights;
  • send unsolicited bulk messages, or distribute malware;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or accounts that are not yours;
  • resell or redistribute the software without our written agreement.

Third-party services. Our products can connect to services operated by other companies. Those services have their own terms, and whether your use of them is permitted is decided by them, not by us. Reviewing and complying with those terms is your responsibility.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the services running, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. Where a change materially reduces what you paid for, you may cancel and request a pro-rata refund for the unused period.

7. Your content

You keep all rights to the content you create with our products. We do not claim ownership of it. Which parts of your content are processed on your own machine and which are sent to us is set out feature by feature in the privacy policy; please read that section rather than assuming either answer.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the services is limited to the amount paid for the subscription in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost data.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

9. Termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. Where the breach is capable of being fixed, we will normally tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will give notice by email or in the product before it takes effect. Continuing to use the services after that means you accept the change. Each version carries a version number and date at the top of this page.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. If you are a consumer resident in the EU or the UK, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings there.
